The menu is vegetarian-friendly, with meat-free options like curry-battered tofu tempura and the tomato tower (pictured at right). And all of the Rumor Mill’s desserts are made in-house – even the ice creams.
The Rumor Mill’s wine list offers affordable bottles that pair perfectly with the fresh flavors in our food. We also serve a number of signature cocktails made with house-infused vodkas, as well as a variety of bottled beers.
Finally, our dedication to cutting-edge technique in the kitchen only complements our commitment to the environment. The Rumor Mill is 100% wind-powered, and we recycle used cooking oil, plastic and glass. The weekly market menu (coming July 18, 2009) makes the most of the ingredients that are in season locally. We are also one of only 19 certified “Healthy Howard” restaurants.
